SUMMER SHRED.

Our Summer Shred is an 8 week training camp focused on getting you as lean as possible, without compromising your health or performance. We will coach you through training programmes designed to help lower your body fat percentage, as we support you with your nutrition and lifestyle to leave no stone unturned.

Maybe you have a holiday coming up? A wedding? Maybe you just want to shake a few pounds before summer? Whatever the reason, the Summer Shred is a no brainer for those who want to achieve rapid fat loss, safely.

  • May 5th - June 29h

    • 2 coached sessions Monday 6-7pm & Friday 6-7pm

    • 1 class per week (Wednesday 6.30am/Thursday 6.30pm/Saturday 9.30am)

  • We start off with an individual consultation to take your body fat percentage test, and assess your needs. From here, together we create a plan for success at your speed. We come together every 2 weeks to re-test body fat, discuss progress and make any adjustments necessary.

    • Each person will have an overall activity target to work towards

    • Based on our initial consultation, we will identify possible lifestyle hurdles that may need addressing (alcohol, sleep etc) and slowly chip away at these where appopriate
