Coaching is the art of bringing forth more from a person.

Our coaching packages are all focused on guiding you towards your individual goals.

All our membership options start with coached sessions. This is where we coach you through a programme built specifically for you by one of our expert coaches, in our private facility. There are between 0-3 other members sharing the space with you, but no two people on the same programme. Session length varies depending on your goals and availability, but we allow all members up to 90 minutes worth of coaching per session to ensure the best results.

Additional coached sessions can be booked (depending on the package) for £30.

All coaching memberships also include a monthly Class Pass, giving you unlimited access to as many classes per month as you desire. We currently have 5 different classes each week, each with a different focus! Head to our Classes page to find out more.

Lastly, as a coaching client of Unity Performance, you gain access to tools and services that could help you on your journey towards your goals. These include body-fat/lean mass caliper tests, where we measure different sites on your body to measure progress and keep a tap on your overall health. Nutritional support, lifestyle support and supplemental advice are all things available to you as a coaching client, included in your membership.
