Learn how to perform Olympic lifts such as; the clean, jerk and snatch! In this class you will be guided through the basics of each olympic lift for 8-12 weeks at a time to ensure you are building correct technique, these classes have a small capacity to ensure maximum development and progress!

During this session you will be guided through a full body stretch, tied in with breath work and mobility to help release tension in muscles and joints to improve day to day activities as well as your training in the gym! A perfect follow up after the strength endurance class!
