REBOOT CAMP.

The 90 day REBOOT is a 3 month commitment created for women to kick off their year with a bang. We use sustainable coaching methods to help you chip away at getting stronger, fitter and healthier through a blend of effective and educational training sessions with sound nutritional principals that can stay with you for life.

Your nutrition wont feel like a chore.

  • January 6th - April 6th

    • 1 coached session Monday 6-7pm

    • 1 class per week (Wednesday 6.30am/Thursday 6.30pm/Saturday 9.30am)

    • 1 independent session each week (written for you and done in your own time)

  • We start off with an individual consultation to assess your needs. From here, together we create a plan for success at your speed. We come together every 2 weeks to discuss progress and make any adjustments necessary.

  • £360 per person
