STRENGTH CAMP.

Our Strength Camp is an 8 week course like no other. Built for women who want to elevate their numbers in the gym. Over the 8 weeks, we will coach you using advanced training methods to get stronger than you ever thought was possible in such a short space of time.

Strength Refined. Limits Redefined.

Each week, we cover all 6 of the main movement patterns. We not only coach you through each session to guarantee the gains, but we educate you on how the programme works. Ensuring that even after the 8 weeks is over, you have the tools you need to carry on making incredible progress.

  • September 8th 2025 - November 2nd 2025

    • 2 coached sessions each week Monday 6-7pm & Friday 6-7pm

    • 1 independent session each week (written for you and done in your own time)

  • We start off with an individual consultation to assess your needs. From here, together we create a plan for success at your speed.

  • £200 per person
